Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing UpperHighwaySolar.co.za for your solar needs. We are dedicated to your satisfaction with our products. Should you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
- Returns Eligibility
You may return an eligible product within 7 days of receipt, provided it remains unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.
Initiation
To begin a return, contact our customer support team at tyrone@uhsolar.co.za or 067 122 4453. Include your order number and item details. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization if approved.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. For secure returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining shipping insurance.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send an email to confirm receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you desire a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at tyrone@uhsolar.co.za or 067 122 4453. We will promptly address the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
